Every bespoke project begins with a free initial consultation where we brainstorm together, explore design ideas, and shape your vision into something beautiful and wearable. You tell us what you want — and we bring it to life with creativity, skill, and intention. Once you’re happy with the direction, we’ll provide the exact project cost. Pricing varies based on fabric sourcing, detailing, and overall complexity. We at BNTUMA are proudly BYOF (Bring Your Own Fabric)–friendly — if you have your own materials, we’re happy to transform them into something extraordinary. As a hands-on, customer-focused studio, we offer a two-week turnaround time. This includes a one-week fitting for try-on and adjustments before your final garment is completed and ready for pickup. We provide precise adjustments to enhance comfort and fit—whether you need simple hemming or major tailoring. Every alteration is completed with the same care and craftsmanship as our bespoke garments, with a standard two-week turnaround time. Once you book this service, we begin with an initial try-on consultation to assess the garment and decide on the adjustments needed. After you approve the plan, you’ll receive a final project price. Please note that some alterations require notation (buttons, zippers, elastics, etc.), specialty materials, or fabric sourcing; these costs will be included in your final quote.
